Students help students. Seven rules, and what happens when they're broken.

Be respectful.
Everyone here is stuck on something. Talk to people the way you'd want to be talked to at 1am before an exam.
Show where you're stuck.
A question with "here's what I tried" gets a useful answer. A bare photo of a problem set gets a worse one — and an exam question gets removed.
No live exams or graded work.
Asking how something works is what this is for. Asking someone to do a graded submission or an exam for you is not — report it if you see it.
No harassment, no hate, no spam.
One report from you is enough for a person to look. Three independent reports hide the post while they do.
Don't share private information.
Not yours, not anyone's. No phone numbers, addresses, or full names of people who aren't here.
AI answers are always labelled.
The AI writes the first draft on questions and practice posts and it says so. It can be wrong. Confirming or correcting it is the useful human job — and the only thing that earns reputation here.
Help others learn.
The best answer starts from where the asker is stuck, shows the reasoning, and says why. Marking an answer as the one is up to the asker.

How moderation works

Every post and reply has a Report button. Reports are private; the person reported is never told who sent one.
A person reads every report. Three independent reports on the same thing hide it while that happens.
An automated check looks at new posts. It can flag something for a person to look at; it can hide only the clearly severe cases, and a person still reviews those.
You can block anyone from their profile. Their posts stop appearing in your feed. They are not told.
Your community profile shows what you chose to show — a display name and handle. Never your email, never your school unless you typed it in.
Deleting your account deletes everything you posted here.
