Terms of use
Effective 2026-08-21 · Privacy · Terms
These are the terms between you and [your legal name or LLC] (“SolveItAi”, “we”) for using the SolveItAi website and app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
What SolveItAi is
SolveItAi is a study tool. It explains problems step by step, builds practice quizzes, charts data, tutors spoken languages, and turns a recording of class into notes. It is powered by AI and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters, and use the “This looks wrong” button when something is off.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep the email address you sign in with under your control; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. One account per person.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Free plan has daily limits. Plus and Pro raise them and add features; the current limits and prices are on the pricing page and are the ones that apply.
- Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or every six months, whichever you chose — until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded for a partly used period. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us — we will sort it out.
- Prices can change; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
Using it honestly
Your school's rules come first. Many courses allow AI help for learning and forbid it on graded work; some forbid it outright. It is your responsibility to know which applies to you and to follow it. SolveItAi is designed to teach — it shows the work and asks you to try first — but it cannot know your syllabus.
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to attempt to extract its instructions or underlying models, to overload it, or to resell access.
Recording class
If you record a lecture, you are responsible for having any permission your school or state requires. The recording stays on your device; SolveItAi only receives the transcript you choose to send.
Your content
What you upload or type is yours. You give us only the permission needed to process it and show you the result. Anything you post in the Community (questions, replies, shared quizzes, your community profile) is public to other students and stored on our servers so that others can see it; do not post anything you would not want public, and do not post other people's private information. You can edit or delete your own posts at any time, and deleting your account deletes all of them.
Our content
The app, its design, and its text are ours. You may use them to study; you may not copy the service or present it as your own.
No warranties; limits on liability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise that answers are correct or that the service is always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of [your state], United States. If we change them in a way that matters, the effective date changes and we will tell you in the app. Questions: [support email].
